Simply choose your meals on our website, add them to your cart, and check out. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation with your order details.
Do you offer meal packs?
Yes. We offer 4-pack meal bundles for $55, which include 2 large portions and 2 regular portions, packaged together in one large oven-ready metal tin.

We specialize in nourishing, chef-prepared meals made with clean, wholesome ingredients. Our meals are crafted to support healthier living and are designed to be convenient, delicious, and balanced.
What makes your meals different?
We follow a strict clean-food philosophy:
- No seed oils – only healthy fats such as olive oil, ghee, coconut oil, and avocado oil
- No refined sugar – we use honey, coconut sugar, and maple syrup
- No table salt – we use natural sea salt
- No chemicals, preservatives, or artificial additives
These fundamentals make a significant difference in overall health, and we are committed to helping our clients feel their best.
What are the portion sizes?
Meals are portioned at approximately 22–24 oz.
Gift Card
Do you offer online gift cards?
Yes. An online gift card option is available on our website so you can easily share healthy meals with friends and family.
How do gift cards work?
Our gift cards are digital and issued individually. Each gift card comes with a unique code and is delivered by email, ready to be used at checkout.
Can I send gift cards to multiple people?
Yes. Each gift card email can be forwarded to a different recipient, making gift cards ideal for employee rewards, client gifts, or team incentives.
Do you offer different gift card amounts?
Yes. Gift cards are available in multiple denominations, allowing you to mix and match amounts depending on how you’d like to distribute them.
Can gift cards be combined at checkout?
Yes. Multiple gift cards can be applied to a single order during checkout if a recipient has more than one gift card.
Is there a difference between personal and corporate gift card purchases?
No. Gift cards function the same way regardless of whether they’re purchased for personal use or corporate gifting. Each gift card is still issued individually and delivered by email.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Our gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time.
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
All meals are delivered fresh and fully cooked. Most dishes can be reheated in the microwave or oven in just a few minutes until hot throughout.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze meals for longer storage.
Delivery
When will my meals be delivered?
Deliveries are available every Tuesday between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. A flat delivery platform fee of $9.99 per order applies.

We deliver within approximately 30 kilometers of our kitchen located at:

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
No problem at all.
If you won’t be home during your delivery window, simply leave a cooler or insulated bag outside your front door.
Our driver will place your meals securely inside.
Your food will stay safe and fresh for 2–3 hours, even on warm days.
This is the easiest way to enjoy delivery without worrying about your meals sitting outside.
